We offer easy returns for Australian and New Zealand online orders. Returns within Australia are free, and within New Zealand a small flat fee of $10 will be deducted from your refund or credit note. All returns and exchanges are sent via Regular Post.
Please email us at info@atimestudios.com within 3 days of receipt of your item and request a return and we will send you a prepaid return postage sticker. All returns must be posted within 7 days of receipt of order.
Returned items must be unworn, unused and in perfect condition with all original tags and packaging intact. If you are returning intimates or swimwear please ensure the hygiene slip hasn’t been removed. Items that are returned otherwise, may be rejected and returned to the customer.
Full price items can be returned for a refund or a credit note.
FINAL SALE
Final sale refers to items that are marked to clear. Final sale items are not eligible for return, unless in the event of the item being faulty. You will be notified at checkout if the item you are purchasing is final sale, with a final sale notice on the product also. We recommend choosing carefully to avoid disappointment and reaching out to our online team for assistance prior to purchasing for size and style advice.
SUBMITTING A RETURN / EXCHANGE REQUEST
To return an item within Australia or New Zealand, follow these simple steps:
1. Email us at info@atimestudios.com and request a returns label. Please include your Order Number and the reason for your return.
2. We will get back to you within 2 working days with a returns pre-paid postage sticker.
3. Re-package your return in the method sent you. Attach your label to your return, and drop off at your nearest post box or office.
4. We will be in contact once your return is received to arrange your refund or exchange.
For New Zealand returns a $10 flat rate return fee will be deducted from your refund or credit note.
For international returns, a returns address will be provided via email once you have completed your request. You will need to send your return back through a shipping method of your choice. We recommend using a traceable service as ATIME STUDIOS cannot be held responsible for lost return parcels.
When sending your return back to us please re-package the item/s in the original box or find suitable alternative packaging. Please include your order invoice with your return package. Once we’ve received your return please allow 5 business days for the return to be processed and appropriate remuneration to be issued.
FAULTY ITEMS
All garments and items sent for online orders are quality checked before dispatch. In the unlikely occurrence that you receive an item that is less than perfect please contact us at info@atimestudios.com with images and a description of the fault and we will get back to you immediately.
INCORRECT ITEMS
If you have received your online order and the contents don’t match what you ordered please contact us immediately at info@atimestudios.com
REFUNDS
If your order qualifies for a refund you will be credited back on the original payment method. Please allow 5 business days once the refund has been issued for this amount to appear in the relevant account.
If you made your purchase using an online gift or credit voucher you will be issued a new credit voucher to spend online.
AFTERPAY PURCHASES
If you have purchased using Afterpay and your return qualifies for a refund you will be credited back through your chosen platform. If your return requires a credit voucher you will continue to make payments until the item is paid for and we will issue you a credit voucher as usual when we receive the return.
